Pre-Sales Questions

If you have any questions which are not currently answered on our site, please contact our Customer Care either by email at support@karanajewels.com or call us on xxx-xxx-xxxx available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You can use the drop-down menus in our top navigation bar to browse by piece type or by gem. We also have a very powerful text search. Just type what you are looking for in the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the site. You can find colors, styles, and price ranges this way also.

Shopping Questions

Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents within the packaging remain intact. Your jewelry is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services for orders. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
Please contact us immediately at (customercareinfo) if you believe that your package has been lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we will be happy to help you with it. Please note that Karana Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured trackable courier & retain your receipt and tags. Karana Jewels are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
